Halloween Pictures (Just a little late)

Ok...so with all the pictures I've taken of everyone else, I've neglected to take the Halloween pictures and six month pictures of my own darling child. So, here they are. They are a week late...but better late than never is my philosophy here. He cooperated for most of the time. After I finish editing pictures, I'll post the outtakes. They are stinkin hilarious! If you can't tell, he was a cowboy. He loved the sling-shot, but hated the outfit. It was kind of itchy. Oh well. Mom and dad sure enjoyed eating the candy he procured on all Hallow's eve. It was very yummy. To be fair, we did give him one mini m&m to suck on. But that was the extend of his joyous experience with sugar.

Random Pictures of Weslee

Okay, so you all knew that I wouldn't be able to resist for too long before putting pictures of my little cutie up (plus, some of you have been requesting it and so here is the last 5 months in pictures). Starting from the bottom: 3 weeks, Mom and Son Pictures at 1 month, 1 month pictures, 2 month pictures, Dad and Wes (3 months) at Liberty Island, Goober Cheeks (3 months) at Liberty Island in NYC, 4 month pictures with a funky truck we found in Utah...not my favorite, but still included, and 5 month pictures in our living room (I love, love, LOVE this picture with his beautiful blue eyes...just like his daddy). Parenting Weslee has been SUCH a blessing. He is still the sweetest baby! He lights up when I enter the room and grabs my cheeks with his chubby little hands and pats my face. He laughs and giggles and reminds me to slow down and enjoy life. He has learned to roll over in the last month and started sitting at 4 months. He eats "big boy" food now...aka rice and oat cereals and several kinds of fruits. He's learning to drink from a sippy cup. He loves to be outside and he has finally noticed that we have a cat and loves watching her run around the house. His favorite things right now are his hands, my hands, and the bath! He's grown so much while Kevin has been deployed. He weighs just over 19 pounds, and is almost 27 inches long. Carrying him around everywhere is killing my back, but Kevin will be home soon enough! Yea!
